PAYMENT
Symposium registration cost needs to be paid in advance.
After you fill in your on-line application, Dubrovnik Sun will send you proforma invoice for the payment.
Please note that your registration is valid only if it is paid in advance via bank transfer before the date indicated on the proforma invoice.
Kindly note that the bank transmission fees have to be paid by the transmitter.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- For any cancellation received till September 11th 2022: registration fee won't be charged.
- For any cancellation received from September 11th till September 30th 2022: 50% of registration fee will be charged.
- For any cancellation received from October 1th 2022: whole registration fee will be charged.
COVID-19
Symposium of Agriculture will be organized according to prescribed anti-epidemic measures at the time of happening and with the consent of Croatian Civil Protection Headquarters.

IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (VAT) OF INSTITUTION OR COMPANY – exclusively to issue the invoice for booked services.
ADDRESS, TELEPHONE AND MOBILE PHONE – exclusively to contact you directly in case of a change in the programme of booked services.
Dubrovnik Sun d.o.o. travel agency will keep your personal data only as long as it is necessary in order to fulfil contractual or legal obligations or pursue legitimate interest, except in case of personal data processing by your consent when processing has stopped at the moment of the withdrawal of your consent.
